2/10 Poor

Smallest room, I have ever seen. This hotel is very old. Out toilet leaked onto the floor and the solution the front desk had was to place a bucket under the leak, which of course did not capture the water coming from the base of the toilet. We were moved to an even smaller room. It was a disgrace

I recommend the Royal Highland Hotel for convenience and ambiance. The hotel lobby is beautiful! The breakfast was good- they offered gluten free options which was really great. The hotel is just a few steps from the train station and close to the main pedestrian area.

Incredible Place to Stay in Scotland
Central location and excellent staff meant an incredible experience for our family including my daughter in her power chair. It was perfectly accessible to all and no issues at all in any area. A quick check in and excellent side by side rooms with comfortable beds and plenty of room made it a perfect location to tour around Inverness and definitely would go their again as so much to see. Dinner and Breakfast service was very quick and efficient and for dinner Mia made sure everything was excellent. Parking just outside the door and central location meant we could walk around Inverness and get a break from the car as it was a long drive up but definitely worth it. A perfect location for a highland tour for everyone of all ages and mobility.
