The desk was disorganized and didn't seem to understand what I was saying. I wanted to pay cash but couldn't. The air conditioner was extremely loud. When I told them that at checkout (not a complaint, just so they could fix it for the next visitor) they didn't understand. Very frustrating.

The most disgusting and cheapest expensive stay
This was the most disgusting motel I have ever been to. There was destruction, the fan in every room sounded like a plane landing. I went to turn it off and it looked like no one had cleaned the bugs or fleas in years. You could hear through every wall, every time a shower came on and it was LOUD. The jacuzzi was deteriorating and moulding and so scratched that I couldn’t use it. The floors hadn’t been cleaned and the walls were falling apart. It smelled so bad that I thought avoiding breakfast would be a good idea. It’s no where close to the Falls. Please be nice to yourself and avoid this place entirely. For 2 people, 1 night, there less than 12 hours, it was $276. Disgusting and cheap. Do not stay here!!!!!!!!!

Niagara Falls hotels can be very expensive. This is a very reasonable alternative. It is not fancy but should meet your needs. I did not use the pool or breakfast so cannot comment on those amenities. Note: there is no coffeemaker in the room

Hotel ok but……
This is a budget hotel and I knew that from the beginning. Chose this motel for the cost. It was walking distance to Niagara Falls. Check in went fine however the rest of the stay was not pleasant. Only there for 2 nights. Advised housekeeping I didn’t want room clean. Housekeeping told me to advise front desk. I did advised front desk they said no problem. The housekeeping staff gave us fresh towels and took the old ones. So had a rent a car that was having mechanical issues. Because we were in niagara Falls Canada the rent a car company told us to drive to Buffalo NY to exchange the broken car out. Because we were going over an international boarder we took all our luggage with us just in case any problems came up at both boarders. So we got the new rental car and drove back to our hotel room. Enter the room and the room was clean with my own toiletries gone! I located the the housekeeping person and asked why did you clean the room? His response was he saw us load luggage in the car. I told him I had toiletries in the bathroom. They were thrown away. He said he was sorry. Not happy!

Terrible stay and experience
We made this reservation on May 30th at 3.10 pm. On Jun 2nd, we checked in, no earlier than 8 pm, looking to rest and have a pleasant night enjoying the jacuzzi. The temperature was 31 degrees outside, same in the room, with the AC off, TV not working due to internet problem and no phone to call reception. The lady who show us the room did not know how to turn the AC on. When finally did, we were forced by the circumstances to stay for a while in our car with AC. After 2 hours, only went down by 2 degrees. Around 11 pm, we were transfered to another room, AC ok but with flying ants and hair in the bed. We were already exhausted, but now, unable to sleep due to the noisy AC. On Jun 3rd, when checking out the couple in charge agreed to compensate us due to our room was not ready on a very hot day checking in at 8 pm and everything else, with a free night for Aug 24th 2023. Before this, they offered $10 for the inconvenience!!! Really??? The gray hair lady gave us a piece of handwriting paper with the agreement after we requested it several times as a proof. Now guess what, they do not honor their promise, they did not enter the reservation on the system because they did not want to give us a free night. Of course we have no intention to stay there again.
