Hotel was OK - conveniently located, but cleanliness was an issue. Bathrooms were very dirty with mould build up in shower etc. Beds were old and uncomfortable and there was no bedding for the sofa bed. Property looked as though it has not been maintained very well.

as advertised (and reviewed) this is a great property for an inner city stay with a kitchen and proper big bathroom and a sofa bed in the little lounge area, and sliding doors to isolate the bedroom. It is an older style property as described but this also adds to the charm and all attempts have been made to make it as functional and clean as needed. The staff are lovely and very helpful. It is a very short walk down to the river and the whole river precinct. As well as a 10 minute walk up to the busier malled area of the city. Conveniences shops nearby too. Very happy with our stay and plan to return. We may even upgrade to the bigger room/newer rooms next time but not because we weren't happy with this one. Also the bar downstairs and the Japanese restaurant adjoining are just fabulous!
