The river balcony was the main attraction. Good location spot with free trolly to Gatlinburg downtown. Room is clean but we did see one cockroach in the bathroom when we check in. Even thought they renovated the room but the building itself is still old. Staff member are unfriendly.

The room was clean and updated. The parking situation is very terrible and a tight squeeze. The balcony off the river is nice, can be a bit noisy since it’s right on the parkway going through Gatlinburg.

Room was nice and clean. View of the creek from the balcony was great and peaceful. Location was good and could walk to downtown easily but far enough away to not be in the chaos. Breakfast was nice, buiscuits & gravy, meat, waffles, toast, cereal, muffins, juice and milk. Right across from moonshine mountain coaster if you want a thrill ride one day. Didn’t use the pool but it has one. Plenty of free parking which is nice.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a double bed room with small fridge and microwave which overlooked the creek. Our location was convenient to several walking points in Gaitlinburg (less than 10 min walk to Anakeesta) and a quick drive into Pigeon Forge. Staff was not overly friendly at check in or during breakfast service. I had to ask questions about where and when breakfast was, also with where we could park, etc - nothing was explained without asking. Office and breakfast staff didn’t smile or say hello any of the days we were there. The cleaning staff however were friendly as we passed them. Overall we had a nice stay and would consider returning if we are in the area.

Cute little motel with adequate parking. About 1/2 mile north of downtown Gatlinburg. Room was updated and clean. It was a little difficult to cool down. Balcony overlooking the river was nice. Door to outside definitely lets in street traffic noise. I thought this would be manageable, but the door connecting our room to our neighbors was basically cardboard. There was zero noise protection. We left in the middle of the night because we could not get any sleep. If you are a sound sleeper, great spot!
