This Embassy Suites, was not at all what I expected it was not clean as they state it is. The bed sheets were stained and dirty, the bathroom was still dirty and there was hair all over the shower and the toilet looked like they did not wipe it down. The pull out bed sheets were dirty and had burnt holes in them, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I canceled my second night due to this experience.

Over I would say it was a good experience. I have stayed at this property multiple times. The previous times were great! That's why this time was a little disappointing. Parking was more scarce this time. Good thing it was the day of checkout. But our AC went out in the middle of the night. So by 9:30am our room was 78 degrees. Also the plumbing is a little sensitive as the toilet clogged. Also sometimes when it is busy and with the new COVID rules for elevators. It took me 10 minutes to catch an elevator down to the lobby from the 9th floor. The main negative is when checking out I went to address the gentleman at the front desk, he was quite rude and did not seem to care, and rushed me off because the line was forming behind me. As mentioned, I have stayed multiple times and were pleasant. This time around was not as pleasant but stay again.

everything about this trip was standard the only issues i had was the front desk service . they seemed to have an attitude which i took as me coming at a wrong time i work as a bartenders i know sometimes you can get overwhelmed. i didn’t think much of it. when my girl showed up i came back to the lobby and greeted again and still received the same energy. if you don’t enjoy your job or are in a bad mood please do not transfer that to yours guest. they were unresponsive to my wants and needs. cleanliness was not great either the room looked unvaccumed and window had hand streaks . regardless embassy will remain my favorite but this visit for sure was not
