Great place!
Nice, clean hotel. Spacious room. Free shuttle to theme parks as long as you register on site. My only complaint is I drink tea and not coffee and there was never any hot water next to the coffee machines downstairs in the morning. They had tea bags, but not hot water. Minor detail but everything else was great and we would stay here again! Great place and perfect location for SeaWorld and Aquatica.

Not as comfortable as we hoped.
The description of the bathroom said separate bath and shower...not so, it was a typical shower/tub combo. I booked here specifically so my wife could enjoy a nice bath. The bed was comfortable, but the comforter was thin and the sheets were short and would come out from under the bed so I was restless both nights. COVID spacing was in effect except for the hot tub, we were all set to go downstairs and soak there but there were 10 people in it, so decided against it.

Another great getaway....
We stay at this particular hotel every time we come to the area. This was the fourth time in a year. Hotel always meets and exceeds expectations. Staff always very friendly and outgoing. Rooms are very clean.
