Terrible service we had reservation in primm hotel but we had to check in on bufalo bills cuz was kind late but on front desk .lady was so mad with the service..she wasnt nice

Stayed couple nights for a concert. The room was grimmy. I could tell the bathroom was not cleaned at all. There was long hair all over the shower walls and sink. The duvet was stained, remote control was broken and didn't have batteries. Called housekeeping and call would disconnect, i then called front desk.. nothing. I had to walk to check in. Casino restaurants are closed permanently. Pizza place open. Outlet mall in closed only 2 ot 3 stores open. Overpriced hotel.

Unethical choice
I had originally booked with Buffalo Bills and after standing in line for over or nearly an hour to be told that rooms were sold out and we needed to check in at Casino across street because we booked through 3rd party. In other words, we were not valued since did not book directly through them. There were several people in line complaining about the issue around me while standing in line at check in of other Casino.
