I love this hotel and I've stayed here 4 times when I come to SF for work. That said, this has been a decline in product. - The check in process- the receptionist lost my credit card and then found it after searching for 5 minutes. Gave me 1 card when I asked for 2, but then when giving me a second it didn't work - Fire alarm went off today (a false one) at 7am when I was in the gym - and when I came into my room there were a pair of gloves in the sink (see the attached picture) I would like a credit for my stay to some extent - this is unacceptable.
