A little drab and outdated
The hotel is massive and was very busy. Kuta is not my favorite location in Bali, the beach is dirty, crowded and the hotel is drab. It's out dated and in need of a refurbishment. Room service menu was lack luster but the bed was comfortable. It was ok but I wouldn't stay there again.

Our first room was poolside deluxe had no hot water after 2 days of walking to another room for a shower they moved us to that room they didn't want to because it would be downgrading us but we didn't mind it still had garden views and was a lovely room

We will be back!
This hotel is a great place to stay. Location, location, location. On the beach, literally. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is awesome with many, many choices both Indonesian fare and western omelets etc. Rooms are nice, but a little tired and dated. We had 7 rooms altogether for family and friends, including an Executive suite, a family room with bunk beds and a poolside room. Highly recommend this hotel, just don't expect "new" or refurbished rooms. Understand that these rooms were built with top of the line fixtures, granite, hardwood floors etc, and are adequately maintained, but not "modern". Note: we have stayed in several hotels in the Kuta and Nusa Dua areas and prefer this hotel. We will be back!

Too big
First day arrived at 12.30 but was told room available at 3 so had to wait until 3.15, room clean showerhead hopeless no door water all over floor very slippery. WIFI hopeless in and out always. TV only 3 channels in English and 1 was kids. Our pool by afternoon was unclean due to drinkers using swim up bar and not getting out when required so we used other pool but hard to find pool lounges in ether pool overall breakfast was good and staff very helpful

Building of the property is very tired old and run down. Breakfast was minimal options. Rooms were nice at first sight but not thoroughly clean, beds are very hard. Takes a long time to get maintenance to fix a request and gardens are very scrappy looking
