The guy at the front desk was amazing and our room was clean .....but the power went out in the hotel at one point and came back on a few minutes later. We stayed there because it was close to a bunch of fall activities but every time we left the hotel.... there were some sketchy people outside every single time. One in a very creepy voice said “ may god watch over you tonight “

Comfortable Hotel to take Remote Bar Exam!!
This was my first time staying at the Comfort Inn. I stayed 3 nights, primarily for a place to take my remote bar exam, since I wanted to ensure I had a quiet, distraction free place in the middle of the day. The night I checked in, I realized the desk chair was a bit tilted and I did not feel comfortable, primarily thinking I needed to feel as comfortable as possible for two days of a grueling online exam. The next morning I asked the front desk if they could switch my chair and without hesitation they provided me a very nice, big, leather executive style chair! The room itself was very comfortable and clean. I slept very comfortably and more importantly there was no noise both at night nor during the day wen I took my exam. Thank you again Comfort Inn for providing a reliable place for me to take my bar exam! I will certainly stay here again if the need arises.

Called the hotel repeatedly to try and cancel my reservation. No one picks up the phone. A Hotels.com representative called repeatedly on my behalf. No one picks up the phone. Then they mark me as a “no show” and therefore policy states no refund.
