Great price, Super clean and convenient!
I stayed here with a friend on a trip for four nights. The room was clean and the beds were super comfortable. Unfortunately, they didn't provide housekeeping during that time, but when we needed anything additional (like towels or toilet paper), they gave it to us right away. They had a nice restaurant downstairs that was super convenient, along with a small area where you could buy snacks or water, but we didn't partake in either. The room price was great and location-wise, just outside of the French Quarter, which was super convenient but not too noisy.

Great location
The hotel was clean and was close to Bourbon St, the RiverWalk and other attractions in the French Quarter. The tram stops on St Charles and Canal St were just around the corner. The gym was very good. The restaurant was pleasant, and the lady serving behind the counter was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel Indigo Stay
Our overall stay was great although the check in staff left something to be desired. Since this person is the first face you see upon arrival, he/she should great guests with a smile and friendly attitude. Both were missing when we arrived so first impression was no good. The hotel is in a great location. Room was a bit small but nice & sufficient. Also, the car service took far too long so be sure and call well ahead of the time you need your vehicle.

Everything was good. However, we did have an issue with the loud fan in the bathroom in the middle of the night when one of us went to use the bathroom and the pillows are horrible. Staff was great!!!
