I think the service fees should be included in the entry booking. They know how much they need to charge for the stay with the services they provide, new sheets, breakfast (which wasn’t really a breakfast. Tiny bottle water and a granola bar), soap, etc, included. If I request anything more then what should already be provided for me, then sure charge me an additional service fee which I didn’t. There were stains all over the floor and couch. Outside of that it was clean.

xtr disappointed
Entire facility smelled of marijuana. Carpets in halls and room heavily stained. The couch in the room heavily stained. The carpet in front of the refrigerator was discolored like had water sitting for long periods. The sheets on the bed had stains that looked like boot prints. The toilet had to be flush three or four times to go down.

We’ll Be Back!
It’s not the most luxurious place to stay but everyone working was extremely nice & helpful. Plus it’s extremely convenient if visiting Universal Studios. Literally a straight shot out of the hotel parking lot into Universal’s parking garage, maybe 3-5 minute drive. We felt safe, the beds were comfy and they are handling the Covid breakfasts well with little to-go bags. We’d definitely stay again.

Eh there is better
Place is eh, pros-close to anything universal. Food. Con-The hotel is kind of old so it has a smell had to buy a candle cause even my kids notice it. Don’t book and expect a hot breakfast..because they don’t have it. Our bathroom had a leak and was never fixed during or stay. So overall , place is eh won’t be coming back and trying somewhere new for our stay in july

Good
Room was clean and comfortable. Only issue I had was that the bath tub shower, it didn’t want to pull up all the way but still had adequate water pressure. Also there was a little black mold in the shower. They just need to clean it a little better. Other than that it was fine.

Don't stay here!!!
The parking was very limited I ended up having to pull up over the curb and park in the grass. My toilet clogged I called it in and after waiting hours and another phone call to the front desk. I was told I could come get the plunger and do it myself. Which I did stuff splashed everywhere and i had no means to clean up the mess. When i talked to the front desk they basically said oh well and that there was nothing that they could do. I'll never book a room there again and I stay in hotels a lot.
