Very unprofessional business
The room was very noisy. All night long it sounded like a door in the adjacent room was super squeaky. Turns out it was the A/C unit in our room, we discovered after waking up multiple times during the night that there's something wrong with the A/C and when it shuts off it sounds like a squeaky door. We reported it and they said they knew about it but they had been busy and hadn't had a chance to fix it yet. So why did they give us that room? Then in the morning, I went down for coffee and there was none. Apparently the machine broke down. We were very disappointed with our stay here. I can't believe they would put us in a room that they knew we wouldn't like. Very unprofessional.

Great place, bad customer service
The hotel itself is very nice, clean, and I like the style. It is cool that it is tucked back in a residential area. It was very quiet and felt very safe. The staff was mediocre at best! The first man that checked us in what pretty nice and let us check in early but after that, the service was not good, friendly, helpful, or engaging. The cleaning staff was very nice and helpful but there was a language barrier there. After being out in the city all day we came back to the hotel and thought we would get a drink at the "bar". There was no one there and I sat there for a while before someone appeared. I didn't think she worked there she had a spaghett strapped tank and tight leggings. She ignored us while she talked to some guy and finally I asked her if the bar was open and she began to tell me how she had two DUIs and couldn't serve drinks, Ok. I think if you say you have a bar it should be open. She was just extremely unprofessional The second night I called in advance to see if the bar was open and the lady said maybe the GM was working and maybe he would open it. When we got back I asked him if the bar was open and he just kind of scoffed and said no. But he could maybe sell us a drink. He seemed to bother and made no eye contact and really didn't give a crap. If this was the GM he needs customer service training. It is really too bad such a nice hotel has had such lousy service. You should remove the bar from the website if it isn't going to be available.
