The hotel is in need of room finish upgrades. The rooms in particular are in not just repair but are showing their age. The restaurant was great.

Just enough for what we needed.
The room thats we stayed in was definitely clean, comfortable and worth the price for one night. It wasn't too crazy but just enough for a one night stay. Minor things like the bathroom sink faucet moves side to side, our cutlery bags were also opening when we got into the room for some reason. The air conditioner was very loud but likely it was rmthe right temperature outside so we were able to open the window. Other than that it was good.

This hotel was nothing spectacular except for the price plus they lost our reservation. On that reservation I had requested a city view and instead we received the southside of the hotel which was train tracks and Windsor plywood. They also put us on the opposite side of the hotel from where my twin brother and family were staying. It’s was just a lot more money from the other hotels in Vernon, I believe we paid for their name. “Prestige” It was clean and staff were polite. The pool also closed early @ 9pm.

Hotel was decent. I was little upset that they didn’t have mattress covers, just a sheet over the bed, my two year old son undid and spilt his water cup on the bed, so I was charged $50 for that. A bit much for just water, it went through to the mattress , but this is the first hotel I’ve been to with no real cover on the mattress.
