The check- in was easy.. staff was very professional. I would stay there again.. Our room was very clean.. Checking out was a breeze. The gentlemen was very nice at the desk.

When we arrived to our room it was overwhelming smell of weed! It was so bad and there were ants. We had to request a new room. The guests i want to say were placed there as part of the Covid housing help and thus probably no the normal crowd.

There was an incident at the hotel that included heavy police presence. I was bit disturbed that they didn’t have a microwave either. Otherwise I was comfortable and the bathroom is sparkly clean which means a great deal to me.

My TV was not working when I arrived - they sent a repair service tech to my room in about 10 minutes, I was leaving for dinner - but when I returned the TV was on and continued to work properly through the rest of my stay. Hotels have issues - it how they deal with them that matters to me. This was prompt and completely handled.

Nice area ok stay
Stayed there overnight on a roadtrip and it was ok. Nice and safe area and very confortable but our nonsmoking room smelled a bit like smoke. I tried to call to complain and swap the room but they NEVER answered the phone! We were so tired we just went to sleep. All amenities closed due to covid. Beware they charge 21.75/night parking!!!!!

The front desk didn't explain about Wifi. Maintenance was quick to fix the AC. The filter was dirty. In 6 floor hallway was smelling like weed.
