From the beginning to the end it was traumatic. The rooms were fumigated for having cockroaches. During our stay we had no access to water and the list just went on. The hotel rooms were filthy, we were charged for ours rooms to be cleaned, yet we did not have any of our rooms cleaned in the first week. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional and would not listen to any of our concerns. I had stayed here previously and it was fine, hence why i booked two rooms for two weeks. The sheets were dirty, the fridge was broken and would freeze anything, the shower was filthy and not what you would expect and the aircon machine was so loud i wouldn't sleep

Great 7-day stay
Excellent location, right in the heart of Waikiki. Small hotel but convenient and with everything that I needed. Room was bright, spacious and comfortable. It was equipped with mini fridge, TV, microwave, coffee maker and room safe. Water cooler and ice makers are in the lobby. Front desk agents were friendly and professional. I will definitely stay there again.

Nice front desk staff, only nice thing about it
The room was very small, it was also very noisy. You could hear every street noise even with the windows shuttered closed all throughout the night. I don’t think i had one decent night sleep. There was also a cockroach I had to kill and clean up that was climbing down the wall. The staff was very friendly. Housekeeping came only in one day even though you pay a cleaning fee that’s almost $200.

Cute hotel , is dated but clean the staff was more than accommodating. Easy walk to food, beach. Activities.,Rented a car for one fat to hit north shore other than that walk or bus and Uber to airport which the hotel got one for us at a discount. Would stay again

They service the rooms every 3rd day and direct you around the corner to the dumpster to take out your own trash. For 4 people there is 2 bath towels, apparently to share for 3 days. There is a sharp prong holding the door shut over the fridge, the door swung shut and gouged my arm 7 times, bleeding all over, usimg the towels we all shared. If you want more towels, they have an attitude about. They give you 1 coffee packet and when you go ask for more, again the attitude. There is a $139 resort/clean fee above the room prive, but you clean your own room, so not a valid charge as far as I'm concerned. It is a cheaper, no frills hotel and that's what it certainly is. Be careful of the elevator on the left, it snaps shut on you amd takes the skin off your arms, then stops on random floors multiple times when no one is there.
