The property was across the street from the mall and eateries. Felt safe. Nice beach and water park was a hit with our kids. We were very unhappy with the food. Buffet food passes for breakfast. However, after our 3rd day we could no longer bare have lunch and dinner there. A few times we drove out to McDonald’s. All entertainment ends by 11/midnight. Would not recommend to anyone and will not be staying here again.

I did notice this was rated 7 but decided to still book it here and so disappointing the food isn’t that great and all of the restaurants need a reservation prior you couldn’t just show up for dinner, buffet wasn’t good not so many options. Staff isn’t too friendly. Also the ceiling on the buffet area has leaks. Also they don’t carry to many options for alcohol and they stop serving by 11pm leaving no other options. I wish I would of booked elsewhere.

I was really looking forward for this hotel. We had a suite with 2 beds and living room with a couch. One of the bed was broken and so uncomfortable so I ended up sleeping on the couch the whole stay. I asked to refill the mini bar 3 days in a row because we went on excursions and since everything including dinner was closed so we weren’t able to eat. They did not refill after they said they were coming. They also told me they refilled in the morning and allowed to get two sodas a day which we didn’t even receive. The el pescador was my favorite restaurant. The buffet was 5/10. Andiamo is 7/10. Frida is 6/10. I was disappointed with the service. Beware it’s not s formal as I thought it would be. Medel and Alexis was the best during my stay. It’s across La isla which I like but otherwise I wouldn’t go back. The pool was small and the AC wasn’t as cool in the bedroom.
