One person at the check in desk and we had to wait almost 30 minutes for the guest at the window when we arrived. The shower didn’t work. Half the water came from the shower and half came from the bath spigot so we were standing in dirty water while showering. Only one lamp in the room worked and none of the charging ports worked. Only two towels so we had to reuse them. Breakfast should be called free continental breakfast since it wasn’t a full breakfast

The trash bins were overflowing and there was trash all around the floor. A dog barked non stop from 2:00am-2:30am. People vaping/smoking in room close to ours. Several hairs on the sheets. One set of towels. Site states black out curtains but they do not draw shut. Parking lot light shined directly in all night.

Not the best hotel for me.
My room was clean, the rooms are outdated, staff are kind of friendly, I think they have bed bugs I woke up with bites. The people blasted there music so barely slept. If your business professional I advise go somewhere else. When you call front desk the phone just rings. I will not stay here again unfortunately.

They say that they include free breakfast. You get your choice of cereal, mini waffles, mini bagels, mini donuts. They must expect everyone to be mini. No knives, so you cannot spread cream cheese on the mini bagels. Guy at front desk stared at his computer the whole time watching a movie. Never once looked up. No very personable.
