Hotel very busy clearly not enough staff working, nearly 40 mins to check in, couldn’t fit in restaurant for lunch or dinner, many tables not being used but staff couldn’t cope, eventually managed to get hold of room service and over one and a half hours for a bowl of pasta, it was crazy and it’s not cheap to stay there try to avoid if you can, the sleep hotel at airport much better

Check-in is a huge disaster. Two desk agents were trying to check in hundreds of people. Old hotel that's not well prepared to handle the incoming cruise passengers.

Does not resemble a Hilton
Really the only positive is proximity to airport. Check in took forever, it was very hot in the lobby (cooler outside). They offered some guests water and others none - was not dependent on honors membership. Line out the door and only two people checking in. Restaurant food was terrible. Service even more terrible. Literally watched three other tables sat at table, order, eat and pay before we received our completely burnt meal. Not enough staff and no system for serving. That evening it was a two hour wait to eat. No other options within walking distance. Hotel room was also very hot - again cooler outside but windows don’t open. Dingy and dirty. No top sheet and other sheets and comforters were torn.

Not good for older or people with mobility issues
The hotel was overall okay, with NO working air conditioning. while it is listed as attached to Fiumicino, it is a long walk as well as a complicated way to get to your Airline check-in at Terminal 3 especially if you have several suitcases they don't offer a shuttle to the Terminals. No other way but to walk. I have chosen Hilton in several Countries but no comparison to the good on this one.

Convenient and nice place to stay after a cruise.
I had stayed there before and was glad to go back because it is so convenient to the airport and worked so well for someone who had just gotten off of a cruise like I had. Because you don't need a shuttle to the airport, you just do the 15 to 20 minute walk, you are not dependent on anyone but yourself to get to your flight on time. I got my covid test at the airport before I checked in at the hotel but others went over to the airport to do their covid test after they checked in which also is a way to do a test walk but they would be needing to do in the morning with their luggage. I felt like the overhead walkway had better marking than I had remembered from a couple years ago and do think that they are keeping it well maintained since it's part of the parking garage complex.
