Don't waste your money!!!
So, I have never left a bad review for a hotel. I feel the nature of the beast is there will always be some issues or another. But this stay was by far the worst hotel stay I have ever had. We start off by being sent to a room that had not even been cleaned yet. We are talking beds slept in, towles in a pile on the floor, even the kitchenet cabnet door was off! Hard to have faith in the cleaning standards and Covid protocal of leaving a room vacant for 48 hours between guests when that happens. We get sent to a new room where there is pee all over the toilet seat. My kids walked to the bathroom once and their feet were pure black. I bought flip flops for everyone just to wear in our hotel room!!! The water pressure would dip out to nothing out of nowhere. We could clearly hear everything our neighbors said all night including their 4:30 AM alarm every day. That reminds me that we had 2 different people next to us in a 4 night stay the room was always filled. Makes you wonder again about the covid protocol! The front desk staff wont even say hello. You are a total annoyance to them just walking through. You will still pay a resort fee though they no longer offer breakfast, house keeping, shuttle and the pool is open but its January. All in all please, trust that this is NOT worth the money or your families health!

I would not recommend anyone stay here!! They had ants in the room the beds were not comfortable. The room smelled like smoke. I didn't even stay i left but i guess you get what you pay for i will never return!!
