Hotel Corona Rodier Paris

The Room was exceptionally small for three people, upon arrival the hotel had no big towels only small hand towels and the shower leaked so most of the towels were used to mop up the water.

The room we got looked nothing like the pictures - furniture was tired and ripped, carpet was also ripped. Staff (one gentleman in particular) was extremely rude - we complained to the manager who didn’t seem surprised or overly concerned.

Nothing unique. Relatively common, very noisy in the morning. No space for belongings in the bathroom. Walls permanently wet.

Woman at reception was rude, unhelpful, arrogant and racist. Will not be staying here again. Male on reception was accommodating and helpful.

First this hotel was advertised as being close tl the eiffel tower when it is actually am hour walk away. The room was filed woth dust and tiny, not what the picturea look like online. The hotel did let us change room but not much better. You have to leave your key at the front desk everytime you leave the hotel which is vwry unnerving. And to top it off they overcharged us on the city tax at the end of the trip and wouldnt gice us a recipt kf what we had paid, when we confronted them they said they dont understand or speak English, although they spoke English before. When i contacted hotels.com to report this all they said was that the hotel stated they only charged us 11 euro when they actually charged more and said there is nothing else they could do with this matter. They did offer us a voucher to use on their website but tbh i would stay way clear unless you want to waste money and be rippes off

Very small room, old building, and very dirty carpet and a tiny bathroom. Nice staff though.

Even though it was a nice experience when you get to your room it gives you a bad feeling not so clean of a place, I can say the bed were uncomfortable but the room itself was a low class atmosphere

Excellent location near metro stops, so convenient.

The hotel was a place to sleep but not much more. The bathroom had an extremely tiny shower and the towels that we were provided were not much larger than hand towels. The rooms were small and the walls were thin so we could hear people in the hall and nearby rooms at all hours. The room where you store luggage is left open st all times and any time I went in there, the person at the front desk didn’t bat an eye - didn’t feel super secure.

Staff were really friendly and informative. Great location next to bus stops, near metro and main train station. Has good bakery near by and a supermarket. Tidied and cleaned room daily with fresh towels. Would recommend ear plugs as street outside can get a bit noisy, especially with rush hour traffic and beeping car horns. Pillows were quite lumpy and the shower doors need a new seal as they didn’t stop the water going onto the bathroom floor outside the shower. But would definitely stay again.
