Enjoyed every moment of my stay
This was my second stay and I can only say that Grand Chennai got a customer for life, since it will be abode during my every stay at Chennai. They provided an exemplary service, from booking until bidding farewell and there is no room for complaints. The staff were very friendly and they knew how to please their customers well, irrespective of whoever it may be, they give you out of the way service. The rooms were neat and sparkling clean and all amenities were available on board. The WiFi was great throughout and the satellite television programs were available without interruption. I tried the spa and had a satisfactory relaxing time. Breakfast was widespread with several options, even packed some while checking out early. Overall, everything is flawless about this hotel. See you again.

Excellent Hotel
Very good hotel. Everything about the hotel is good. Location is excellent, superb breakfast, room condition is good. While it feels like a slightly older hotel, its well maintained. The service is world-class! every single person i came in contact with was ready to help and to go beyond to ensure the stay is great. Will definitely return and recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Not so Grand experience
It was disappointing. When I checked in the bath room was not sanitized. Half the lights in the room did not work. Air conditioning control nor TV worked. When i called for service request they informed me that my devices do not work. Next day the technician came. He did not trust my complaint and questioned how I operated the switches (!) he found the light fittings are broken. It took hom half a day to fix the lighting issues. He informed me the HD channels do not work and for other channels, the front desk did not enter the necessary codes for allowing me to access the TV!. e has to change the control pad as it was broken and did not control the air conditioning and lights.!. The bed was sagging resulting in back pain. Very bad experience. I will not recommend this hotel and will rate poor and 1 star based on my experience. I hope will not recommend this hotel and refund me part of the expenses as a compensation.
