Extremely friendly staff
No complaints really. Every staff member we interacted with during the course of our trip was always friendly and offered to lend a hand in anything/everything. Great location, close to all the action. Wish the hotel had a bit more to offer food/drink wise. Otherwise it was an incredible stay.

Not worth the price
Our room was mediocre, we could hear sirens all night and people in other rooms. We didn’t even have water bottles in our room. We paid $400 bucks and our “view” of the river was a tiny window looking at Trumps hotel and a Christian Scientist building. For the price we had many other options and we won’t be back. In this price range the rooms are usually soundproofed and they greet you with water and there’s decent upgrades like a better view and a comfy bed.

Great hotel
Perfect location! The hotel is very well cared for and service was great. I thought I would have a better river view since I upgraded my room choice to include that. Otherwise, we loved our stay! The wine hour is a nice touch!
