One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at
When I checked in the room I was trying to turn the lights on at the desk and it didn’t come on so I checked it out and there wasn’t even a lightbulb. When you go to park your car in the parking garage there’s signs hanging up everywhere saying that you need a ticket. But I guess that’s only for the restaurant that is attached to the hotel so confusing. The water did not drain very well so you were in standing water while you were taking a shower. So in the morning the breakfast started at 6:30 a Buffet style. When I went down there about 7:10 in the morning. The scrambled eggs were in standing water the sausage look like they pulled it out of the refrigerator and put it into the pan. Very disappointed you would think a four-star hotel with a very fancy restaurant could get something like this correct. I told the front desk and she said well there’s nothing I can do I will forward all the information to my manager. About 2 1/2 hours later hey man called me I’m sure if he was a manager or not kind of laughed and made fun and said all of this was not true. I told him you could check out the breakfast you could look at the lightbulbs were missing I actually had to drive down about two blocks and go eat at a Denny’s in the morning. Extremely disappointed I would never ever stay at this hotel.
