We booked this hotel last minute online. When we arrived the reception staff was ver helpful and friendly, explaining to us the hotel facilities in brief. We found the hotel room very clean and tidy. Our room looks very fresh with both the double bed and double sofa bed made.

better off in a Travel Lodge
There was no parking and we had to park on the end (outside the parking bay) and were charged £10 for the privilege. No teas and coffee facilities in the room which was explained to us on arrival And which we understood given the circumstances. The receptionist asked us if we would like a tea or coffee which we did after our journey etc. My daughter went to get them and they charged her! There was very little space in the room and it felt cramped with myself and two daughters there. We stayed in the Cardiff Bay Travel Lodge and there was far more space in the room. My husband was with myself and the two girls and the Travel Lodge room didn’t feel cramped at all. Needless to say but we won’t be staying at this girls again.

The staff were excellent. We had travelled to Cardiff for the Scotland rugby game that was cancelled and they did what they could to make the weekend as enjoyable as possible.
