They stay was perfect !! ....i am unhappy that this was the second time with being double charged for a one night stay!! The hotel and hotel.com has charged the same amount which is rediculous inconvient on a holiday or weekend !!! There shouldnt be charges to my account by the same party..theres no need to use the app to make a deal because you're mpney is being stolen right from up under your nose

It was good to see the clerks staying busy, making sure the place sanitized. The morning clerk was rather aggressive , but doing breakfast and clerking can be rather overwhelming. In this pandemic we are proud of them to showing up for work and being attentative!

Nice place to stay, but needs a little work on the facilities. Older, but functional. Overall, nice staff.

This hotel has really gone down since the last time I’ve stayed. I used to book this hotel a lot when I first started traveling to Augusta. Now I would much rather stay at the Fairfield just up the street. The mattresses are disgusting. There was also hair in the shower upon check in. I cannot stay here again.

All towels we got either had hair on them or they were stained and the sheets were stained as well. We got the sheets changed but those were dirty as well. At least the young lady at the front desk was kinda nice

The smoke detector alarm went off the whole first night. I called the front desk to let them know and they said they were aware of the issue before we came maintenance just must have not changed it. We had to listen to it all night. They said if we touched it we would get charged. The next day maintenance came and pulled it off the wall and left it on the desk. They said they did not have any batteries so the next night we slept without a smoke detector. We also had to ask for new Comforter. They were dark brown stains. They told us they do not wash the comforters if they get dirty they switch them out. They had no extras on hand. Both days I asked for a manager to call me. The lady at the front desk said she had made notes and asked the GM to give me a call. When they guy working the day shift was working he said there were no notes in our file.

I now have a new hotel to call home when in Augusta. The staff were fabulous!!! There were a couple of things that I suggested to maintenance for them to fix. But it was a wonderful experience. The bed and pillows would have come home with me had it been possible to get them in my car!!

Stay was great for a quick trip due to son football game.

First, the service at the front desk was amazing! I checked in after midnight, tired and not knowing what to expect. By the time I left the front desk I felt good. The man there was sooooo warm, friendly and considerate. I checked out early, before 8 that morning and the woman that was there was just as nice as the man the night before. I started my day with more pep in my step after our interaction. As for the hotel. It was okay. The lobby was really clean and bright. The room was okay. It was nice but could have been cleaner. There are stains on the carpet which is dark, there was long hair in the bathroom on the floor, a bit of build up in the shower, the sheets and pillowcases were dingy. Overall I’d give the staff a 10 and the hotel a 7 and the room a 6.
