Our townhome is recently designed and decorated to be a sleek & modern showstopper with the utmost comfort. Wander through our 3-story townhome & enjoy beautiful details & color with mid-century modern accents and plenty of live greenery. 

You'll have access to the entire home, both balconies, the grill, kitchen, and any amenities that you may see. The only area you will not have access to is the garage.

***COVID 19 Cleaning Procedures: To ensure the safety of our guests and staff, Cohobnb follows the CDC and EPA guidelines to effectively clean and disinfect every property after each check-out. Our cleaners wear gloves and masks while cleaning each property and use bleach-based disinfectants, paying additional attention to frequently touched surfaces. The following lists our cleaning procedures when turning over properties:

-Use of bleach-based disinfectant, paying additional attention to high-touch surfaces
-High heat wash and dry on linens whenever possible

We happily stock all basic welcome amenities for your stay with us! We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days worth and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay.

The Abshier Heights is a luxurious newly developed townhome community on the mountainside of Fayetteville. You'll be tucked away from traffic but close enough to have walking access to anything you might need and only 1 mile away from the town square.

There is one parking spot directly in front of the house, but multiple overflow parking spots in the driveway just feet away from the front door. You will not have access to the garage during your stay.
