Roaches sharing my room
I have stayed several times here with mixed feelings. This time it was horrible. I got a smoking room and had to kill 2 roaches upon arrival and couldn’t reach the one in the ceiling. I checked out after a day and the management wouldn’t either credit my other night nor even an apology.

When reach hotel at 1. 00 pm stay more than 2 hours and a half to check in, all times they said we clean your room sir, 3.30 check in when I get my room they start to clean it, When asking cleaning service why you are late he answered me no employees only me, second day and third day, when come back to hotel at 5.pm my room not cleaning, I spoke to manger and reception but nobody care

There were many issues and the biggest of all was life threatening. 1. I came to hotel at night and requested for early checkin and they said you can come around 9 or 10 for early checkin and if there is room available surely they will but around 12 for sure they will offer room however they gave the room late. 2. On first day i slept and woke up late in evening and left the hotel however when i came late i saw few cockroaches which i killed and slept however other day for almost 24 hours i was killing cockroaches and hotel did not take any action. There was a time when there were tiny cockroaches were next to my bed and then i couldnt sleep and went to reception with my luggage late in night and stayed in lobby for 6 hours. I wanted to report the matter but the hotel was not responding through room phone so i had to use hotel lobby phone to reach reception. The hotel sent spray but there were one too many. They keep coming and too tiny that i couldnt sleep 3. I also caught cockroaches in hotel main lobby. 4. I reported the matter to staff and they told me its common. The Hotel Management think themselves above law. They also told me that whenever inspection team comes hotel says they are full and they dont have room so the inspection team never see the issues. 5. The staff also told many other customers reported same issues many times but no support. 6. They offered me refund for my stay and they didnt give later.
