Love Lake Louise Inn. Close to the ski hill, clean, quiet, friendly and informative check in, shuttle bus to the ski hill and all at a great price point!

Small rooms, thin walls, outdated and overpriced
Rooms were terribly small. Not convinced the beds were as big as stated on the site. Walls paper thin. I got a great "deal" on the price and i can't recommend this hotel... not acceptable room quality for it's price

Checking in - delays
It took about 40 minutes to get checked in. They need to find a different system as the place was completely packed at 4pm to check in after everyone just got off the ski hill.

Great staff and clean rooms!
This was our second time here and were treated great again by the staff. Was impressed with their COVID precautions and cleanliness!

Very good
The staff were freindly and helpful. There was a few issues with our room but it was quickly rectified to make our stay more enjoyable. Hotel is clean but a little out dated. Pools and fitness centers were closed due to Covid19 but the location was beautiful so we enjoyed the outdoor activities in the area.

Comfy, clean, convenient place
Great place to stay. The block heaters are a nice tough although our block wasn’t working. The front desk said they would have the maintenance staff check it but they never got it working before we left.

If only
With COVID things are really quite restricted...when things open up I can see how good this hotel would be.

Quick and easy check in. Friendly staff. Room was clean and in good condition. On site restaurants provided fast service and excellent food. Only downside was the parking. Seemed limited for the size and number of rooms available. Overall Very accommodating and would stay here again if ever in the area.

Great winter weekend getaway
We had a lovely weekend at the Lake Louise Inn to celebrate my husband's birthday. We stayed in the 1-bedroom suite with our two kids. The newly renovated rooms are just gorgeous, and having the full kitchen was great, especially during these Covid times. The Timberwolf cafe was open for take-out pizza and it was super easy to order and delicious! All the staff were really friendly and helpful. With the pools being closed, the next best thing was to enjoy the jetted tub in our room after a day of XC skiing in cold temperatures. Our kids loved the fold-down Murphy bed. We will definitely be back to stay here again!
