Einfach Klasse.
Ostsee und Hotel Neptun, was will man mehr. Trotz Corona wurde alles vom Hotel fantastisch gemeistert. Handtücher wurden jeden Tag gewechselt. Es wurde auf Ordnung und Hygiene geachtet. Man kann auch den Kümmel aus dem Käse suchen. Jeder ist für sich selbst und seine Gesundheit verantwortlich. Im Hotel haben wir uns wohlgefühlt. Es gibt nichts zu meckern. Empfang, Service, allen Mitarbeitern ein großes Dankeschön in der außergewöhnlichen Zeit.

4 nätters besök.
Väldigt bra läge vid stranden och nära till alla affärer och restauranger. Gudomlig utsikt. Tycker dock inte att detta kan kallas 5 stjärnigt. Ganska dålig attityd på mycket av personalen och frukosten var inget man väntar sig på ett 5 stjärnigt hotell. Ingen ac på rummet vilket är en stor nackdel. Överhuvudtaget känns hotellet något gammeldags.

Der Frühstücksraum, Bestuhlung eher 3 Sterne, Frühstücks Büfett eher 4 Sterne, Scheiben auf der Balkon schmutzig. Wir würden uns nicht noch einmal ins Neptun einmieten. Entspricht nicht der 5 Sterne Kategorie, nur der Preis. Haben schon viel bessere Hotels in besucht.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, die Aussicht echt toll.Das Abendessen war für uns zu ausgefallen (liegt aber daran, dass wir keine Fischesser sind) ansonsten sehr reichhaltiges Büffet. Nervig war, dass man überall nur mit Fahrstuhl hinkam und dieser stets und ständig besetzt war. Wir haben manchmal 30 Minuten auf eiben freien Fahrstuhl gewartet. Das Personal an der Rezeption war teils überfordert.
