My husband and myself always have an amazing time! The union bank is so close to great restaurants! Last night we were at the confederation lounge in The hotel macDonald! The union bank has excellence services. . And the Masson grill is Fabulous! We alway enjoy our stay! ! Very been disappointed! !

This hotel is gorgeous. We stayed in a heritage room and will defn be back. The staff were great, especially the guy who works in the restaurant at breakfast. And they bring you wine and cheese to your room as a welcome! Location is great and you can walk everywhere downtown easily. The indoor parking lot is small but they have outdoor spots available. Breakfast is an actual cooked menu item from the restaurant so even though it might be a bit pricier than some hotels close-by, the breakfast and the uniqueness of the hotel more than makes up for it. 10/10.

Very good experience! The wine and cheese was a nice snack before going out. Room was clean and cozy with the fireplace. Breakfast options in the morning was cherry on top! We are definitely going to come back.

What a lovely hotel! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the room was delightful and I really enjoyed the free wine and cheese each day. The complimentary breakfast was also so nice! The location of the hotel was very central. The only thing I could complain about was the dim lights in the room. I would highly recommend to everyone!
