    Relajante deben mejorar servicio al cliente
    El lugar es excelente para descansar muy relajante. Debe mejorar notoriamente el servicio al cliente. Ofrecian un coctel de bienvenida que no lo daban por la pandemia (no tiene sentido). El Hotel lleno y una piscina cerrada lo que contribuye a aglomeraciones sin nadie que lo regule. Lo peor, habia un fuerte aguacero y nos fuimos maleta en mano a la habitación a 300 metros de la recepción. Llegamos empapados. Eramos 4 y nos dieron tres sombrillas una de las cuales no servia. Asuntos básicos y muy puntuales como estos bajan la calidad de un hotel aun cuando es una estancia agradable.
