The staff was professional and polite, for the most part, especially the lady in charge of the dining area. I and other guests had to repeatedly go to the front desk and have the room keys reset. The desk person would say to keep it away from the phone and every time I would tell her the same thing, I have always kept my room key in my wallet! Please fix your machine or whatever is wrong or I will take my business elsewhere. This is annoying and from speaking with other guests has been going on for some timw. Please don’t assume guests keep the keys next to their cell phones.
