Hated hotel bad service!!
The stay was horrible, my room wasent cleaned and when i told the employee he said they didnt have service at the time, so they will compensate with breakfast the next day, when i went to checkout they said no, and the person who offered it wasent there, they called me liar, would never go back to that hotel!

Nice hotel as usual I feel with Novotel. Behind the hotel has small shopping street with supermarkets and small restaurants , mostly till 8 pm. Close to the riverbank. Quiet and safe in night.

In my stay there was very hot days a Hotel with 4 stars without a working fridge was a nightmare there was no excuses for that Novotel
