VERY DISAPPOINTING
The breakfast advertised was wasn't offered. Pillows and bedding very old and worn. Pool too cold for children. Alot of hallway noise in the night. Toilet kept running all night. Shower was broken. Tv remote difficult to operate. Facility should advertise they are under renovation so as to thoroughly inform people so they can fairly decide on a hotel.

Property was under construction afte a flood on the main floor- had to walk through construction to get to pool and breakfast room- (literally through plastic sheeting). My kids had to walk through plastic sheeting and by exposed insulation in torn up concrete floors to the pool access. This was not mentioned on the website when booking. Staff unresponsive to concerns- they just seemed to care about getting their money and nothing else. Will never stay here again.

From the moment we arrived, it was a disappointing experience. The employee working the desk ignored us was to busy watching something on his cell, the room itself was not as advertised and had water damage on the wall and carpet from the A/C unit. And the toilets could be heard flushing from the opposite end of the building. Overall the building and services offered are outdated. Wouldn't recommend
