Hallways stunk like pot. Furniture in the room was in very rough shape. I was scared to sit on the chairs for fear they would collapse.

waited one hour for a shuttle that never came
the airport shuttle never arrived and on the second day it even left without us. nobody checked in on us. time wasted. poor service but one guy was nice. room was mostly clean but extremely hot. good shower but no body wash

The only thing that could be improved on is making sure the elevator is operational. We are both a little challenged in climbing the stairway And we were on the 3 rd floor . There were empty beer cans in the vanity that were left there from the precious guests. Could have an improvement on the the bagged breakfast, it was very light

I stayed for one night while traveling in Alberta. My room was not that clean, there were some garbage left over in the bin, the kitchenette was missing the coffee pot, there were only 2 outlets in the room so I had to unplug stuff to use my computer. The bed was pretty comfy. The room lighting was terrible as there was one small overhead light and one bedside light. The air conditioner was super loud so I could only keep it on for a little bit. The staff at the check in seemed very grumpy and didn't want to be there.

The room wasn’t clean. I found a pop can and lighter under the bed. Looked like someone was smoking drugs out of it. The hotel missed looking under the bed. We were supposed to sleep their 2 nights and we left after day 1. Also, some lady kept bothering us when we stepped outside the room. Not fit for a family at all.

The chairs are stained and some on the carpet. Nightstand had a broken drawer which I reported. A couple of towels are very thin, like seethrough. Service is great!!

Worst customer service! Josh is extremely RUDE!!! Rooms have a cigarette odor, mosquitoes, air conditioning not working so we got zero sleep!!! Won’t recommend.

The hotel was very clean and tidy the only reason I didn't give it an excellent was because it is a little dated but the beds were really comfortable and the rooms were very clean
