Was unable to check in until after 7:00PM due to room not being ready. Front desk said they would call when room was ready. I did not recieve a call.

Valet parking was $40 a nite. Paid self parking across the street was $24 but if you are going to an event then they add quite a bit more. I did the parking across the street for the first nite with no in and out then switched to valet at hotel as we were going to an event and the prices looked to be about $50 more for event plus the regular rate.

Good location, needs better housekeeping service
The location and parking for this hotel were great. The valet was quick, and there are lots of great restaurants and bars to walk to while staying here. The downside is the housekeeping service. Their service is still limited due to COVID, and they were not clear on when they would be coming in for housekeeping services. We asked specifically if they would be coming in on the third day of our stay and they said yes, but did not, so we never had housekeeping service through our entire stay. They did bring up fresh towels when we called the front desk that evening, but this is definitely an area of service that can be greatly improved.

The hotel and room smelled like old/mold... The carpets seem old and dirty... The beds were comfy, the room spacious... Breakfast was not very good, they didn't have bread except for muffins... Bread seems pretty basic and should be included... I had to call to get them to make my room even though I had requested it on my check in.
