Maintenance problem
The key card had some problems where you insert it for electricity. Maintenance was informed but it seemed that they had no immediate answer to the problem. I think they wanted to check it but I was still staying for the week-end. I am not sure if the problem was attended to.

Not satisfied
Not cleaned properly. There's nothing inside the fridge even water. No shower cap or hair dryer. No safety vault. Bed full of small red ants. Food choices is very limited. No signal in the room so cannot connect to wifi, no point of providing us the password. The room was not prepared when we check in so we have to wait for few minutes considering the fact that we arrive late. The room is big though but not worth the money.

Very bad experience and bad service
I used to come here often because it's cheap and in a good location, and I would forgive small mistakes but I'm done.
For this stay:
1. We were placed at a room near the housekeeping room and fire exit and the staff always talked very loudly and screamed at each other. I'm not kidding. Screaming.
2. Their front desk staff were so lazy that even when I told them about my request for drinking water, they asked me to call the resto instead of doing it themselves. And I told them the resto wasn't answering my call.
3. They refused to give us an official receipt. Which I'm sure is not legal.
4. The bathtub was dirty.
5. The room smelled like smoke.
6. The aircon was cranky and old.
