I have stayed at the Giraffe Hotel over ten times during the last eight years… So that means I like it a lot, because of its location and nice staff. However the rooms in particular the suites look and feel a little dated. Other that that it is a great boutique hotel.

I love the Giraffe, my home away from home. I love the location, being near Madison Square Park, Eataly, good restaurants, but away from heavy uptown traffic. It's four short subway stops to Times Square on the Yellow Line. The staff are always very helpful. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Manhattan.

Beautiful property, well situated in the NOMAD neighborhood. The staff were courteous, friendly, and helpful. The room (suite) was spacious, clean and well maintained. I would have preferred a walk-in shower rather than a shower/bathtub combo, but that was not a dealbreaker. All in all, it was an excellent experience.

8/10 Very good

Hotel is in a great part of town, convenient to transportation. The hotel itself is a little old, but really well maintained, and breakfast in the morning is well done. Staff were amazing. We had a room with a balcony, although you can really only stand on the balcony. There’s a rooftop garden, which is really cute, but way too hot to sit out there on a summer day.
