Terribly managed.
There I no unloading in front of the builidng. My driver had to drop me off at the corner and I had to walk to the buildng. I booked 4 rooms. When I check-in, only 3 rooms showed in their system. I had to show them my hotel.com reservation multiple times before they gave me the last room. The person that was helping me ran off to do something else in the middle of fixing my issue. The replacement wasn't helpful at all. After about 45 mins, I finally got all 4 rooms. When I check the room, 1 of the room was not cleaned from the previous booking. I was given another room and that room was missing towels and the AC remote was missing There was no way to adjust the air conditioning without the remote.

We booked 4 night but we stayed only 1 night, it is not comfortable. We are surprised when we reached the hotel it is furnished apartment not a hotel and during they don’t clean the room.
