We had an okay stay, the pool had a VERY strong chlorine smell. The breakfast was extra, though not communicated, and not good at helping to resolve booking errors between Hotels.com and Hilton, so beware...may want to book directly with Hilton.

Freezing in NY
The room was freezing when I arrived.... in a snowstorm no less, so it was not very comfortable. I tried to get it warmer, but in a few hours it was SO hot, so I lowered it very slightly, and I woke up shivering. I had to put the shower on very hot and stand in a steamy bathroom to get myself dressed for the day... it was way too cold to dress in my room.

Nice hotel
At the front desk Ashley and Pam at the hotel bar were amazing. Room was nice, very pleased that there was a microwave in the room. I would definitely stay here again. The only issue I had was that I was told by two different staff that the breakfast was free. But when we all went down the next morning there was a sign that said $12 and the food was very bland. I think the front desk should tell you about what they offer when you check in. Other then that had a great time.

Believe the negative reviews
God, believe the other reviewers who said the room given was dirty. We had half used bottle lotions left behind, boogers on the TV, counter not cleaned, tub With RUST. Hot means cold cold means hot when using the shower. Someone will sue to teach you a lesson. The room had a heavy perfume like clean smell tricking the mind into the room is being clean but it was NOT. Just come on, Hilton. Never again. It's simple. People wants clean. You cannot go wrong with that.
