Horrible customer service!!!!!!!
Check in was an hour later with a waiting list of 10 people ahead of me. They had us waiting at the restaurant. Didn’t even receive an apology from staff. They were actually giving us attitude because we were all asking questions. While waiting on check in we notice they changed staff and they started checking in other people that were getting there and skipped us people waiting at the restaurant. They obviously had no communication and were unorganized. The rooms heater didn’t work and the door kept getting locked by itself. Maintenance never came back after being notified by us.

El hotel magnifico servicio , el restaurante no, necesita un buen cocineroy un jefe de personal, es muy frustrante que ordenes y te lleven tu platillo que parece que lo tenían en el refrigerador, la soda caliente, y una miseria ni un niño se completa con eso, lo siento pero tienen pésimo servicio.
