Check-in and service was excellent. The room we were assigned smelled like smoke, but they gave us another room with no problems. We did find a long hair in the bedding. Pool was nice, always love the kick back and breakfast.

Excellent stay!
This was an excellent stay. The hotel is updated, well appointed, clean, well staffed and fairly priced! We stayed here a single night while driving through St. Louis. The Staff was attentive, polite and prompt even at late hours for check in. The entire facility is clean and inviting. The rooms are clean, updated and comfortable and the included morning breakfast was a special treat.

Awesome stay in downtown
Staff was super friendly. Upon check-in Cathy upgraded our room from an interior to an exterior without us ever saying anything. Parking was half price due to covid. Free breakfast and dinner and unlimited non-alcoholic drinks. And 3 free alcoholic drinks with dinner per adult per night. Awesome perks. Well worth the stay. Bed is comfy too. Parking is under the hotel with keyed entry and keyed entry from garage to hotel elevators.

Should have stayed here in the first place
Our check in was simple because we had a roof rack and would not fit in the garage we were given a pass to park in front. Bed was very comfortable to me compared to where we stayed 2 weeks before across the street and was able to turn the heat on. There was a view of the courthouse. Breakfast was included and was lovely after all the restrictions to find a buffet that’s not pre wrapped and boiled eggs I wish I would have looked into switching to a Dury back in North Carolina for the past 15 days. Staff is very friendly making sure to say hi and that you have everything you need know where your going even what the weather is going to be.

Staff was all so friendly and helpful, super accommodating. Hotel was beautiful and very clean. We loved the dinner and breakfast, makes me want to stay with the Drury chain whenever possible.

Besides the tub that would not drain, the hotel was beautiful, the service was amazing and the happy hour was delish and the breakfast buffet was super good also.
