A rundown unit of Hilton groups
Carpet is dirty, shower water is not strong, sofa bed is not ready which we requested when we arrived. The sofas bed is too old, dirty and uncomfortable. Parking charge was not included when I booked the suite. A VERY disappointed and unpleasant staying at this hotel.

thumbs down for parking and ADA
I am disabled and there was no disability parking when i returned to the hotel. In fact there was only parking in the back lot in a spot that was dark. This is 100% unacceptable. I was unable to bring up all of my luggage by myself so had to leave it in the car. It was unsafe. And yes, I called to ask for assistance and was told sorry you need to park where there is a spot. AND what is up with the gate entry and exit? That was a nightmare, especially for a disabled person when i had to get in and out of the car again. Honestly, I will not stay here again.
