Clean, new and oh-so-noisy
The location can’t be beat if you want to enjoy Roosevelt Row, but the concrete floors, glass walls and steel accents meant that every sound reverberated throughout our room. A shout in the hallway sounded like it was right next to me, the woman singing two doors down was im stereo and we struggled to fall asleep with the woman above us walking around in high heels for 30 minutes.

Disappointed
The 1st night i stayed in a standard king room. The sink was clogged up and the cover on the bed had 2 fairly large holes in it. I was disappointed. Then on the 14th i upgrades our room to the king suite on the 8th floor. We were excited because we try to get that room when we stay there for our anniversary whick it was. The shower floods into the the walk way. We clean it up. The sink is backed up in this room as well. Then when we get back to the hotel after dinner the elevator that goes to the 8th floor is broken along with another elevator. The hotel only has 3 elevators and only one goes to the 8th floor. They tell us to take the elevator to the 7th floor and use the stairs. We are both disabled and my wife really has a hard time walking and had to walk down the stairs backwards. Never been so disappointed and the staff really did not care.

Nice but loud
The hotel is awesome. Really cool rooms and fun to walk around. It has an industrial feel and the rooms offer super cool features. However, the noise sucks. Walls are thin and we heard people above us having a party all night!

The staff was lovely, but the room was cold, loud and not safe. There was an adjoining door to another room without a lock on it. This felt very unsafe as we didn’t know who was in the room next to us - all you had to do was push to open it. Also, the cement floors and no rugs made the room very cold and loud. The person above us made so much noise just walking.

Anniversary night
This was perfect for me and my wife’s anniversary! We stayed at this hotel the same night as our wedding and thought we’d re-live the great experience we had last time. Will def. come back again. Wish the rooms were maybe cleaned a little more. Was a bit dusty, but aside from that I was not very pleased.
