My nights at this hotel where great. The bed was soooo comfy no noise at all the breakfast was amazing! One of the best free breakfasts that I’ve ever had at a hotel. Super clean and organized Will definitely be back to Ayres!!

Heater not working-Worst experience-9.2* Not Worth
This is one of the worst stay i had with my family in this property. The room that was given does not have heater working and we were feeling so cold in the room that i need to went to nearby store to by the medicine for headache. My kid was suffering from cold and we asked for extra blanket since we were not aware that heater was not working and Hotel house keeping staff gave us mattress protector. We notified the issue and next day they asked us to move to another room. The manager or supervisor did not have any courtesy to call and acknowledge the situation and give us the refund or any compensation. This was the worst thing which i ever faced since we slept for entire night in cold weather.
