Poor
To small for the price
I just didn’t like the room at all. Plus I will not be going back there. Thanks

Good
Hair in the bed and sink.
My only issue was the condition of the room. There was lots of hair on the pillows and in the sink of the bathroom. This made the experience unpleasant, especially in Covid times. Otherwise the location is great and the rooms are spacious.

Poor
The front desk doesn't like to be disturbed
Multiple view booking had a small window facing the wall. It's been 4 days and still no refund deposit which was more than the room cost. No help up front and theh stole my daughters iPad. The location said it was there but then they turned it off after the call

Exceptional
Nice hotel! Receptionist was AWESOME! but I didn’t like that I had to pay for parking! But I guess that’s what to expect in New York and I also don’t like that the room doesn’t have a microwave. Other than that my stay was awesome

Horrible staff!!!!!
I arrived at 11:30pm and had to wait over an hour to check-in. The security guard was the only one there and he informed me that the only front desk staff had not shown up for there 11:00pm shift. Over an hour later the staff member who slept in showed up and had the biggest attitude of all! Never would stay here again and that says a lot because it has a good location.

Fair
Just terrible
This hotel is located in amazing location but that’s the only positive thing. Personnel was rude, room was tiny with the last time renovated probably in 19th century. Food sold was expired. I needed a desk to work but I couldn’t touch it because chair and desk were so dirty...I had to move out to a different hotel 3 days before the end of my reservation. Obviously they didn’t return me any money for early check out

Poor
15th floor with a view to 2nd floor no quiet
Terrible experience got a room on the 15th floor beautiful room, later came back to the room at 1 in the morning went to use the bathroom and the roof in the bathroom was leaking. Went down to the front desk was told the only other room option was on the 2nd floor. Room was dirty, bathroom was dirty and the entire night we heard banging on our windows and sirens. Unpleasant stay to say the least.

NightOwls in New York
The front desk help that night that checked me in was amazing. Seemed busy when I arrived with a line to check in and she was efficient and super friendly.
