Disaster. I pretty much never write bad reviews, but this one I just have to complete. Owner claimed never to have heard of hotels.com, ignored the reservation and pushed until he got cash on the hand (in addition to the prepaid reservation). Spent two hours on the phone with hotels.com, owner never wanted to talk to them and pick up. So, if you want to ruin your vacation please avoid. Moved to another hotel since no other resolution was possible.
