    This place was horrible. I got a non smoking suite which smelled like an ashtray. The room wasn't well cleaned and the door was broken. A person knocked at my door at 11:00 at night.....thank god I only stood one day. But this room wasnt whats was advertised on the pictures. My recommendation. Don't go there, you would rather sleep outside than sleep in this S***T hole.

    Promises to be Pleasant

    We choose this hotel when we stay in the Rockland County area as we consistently have a pleasant experience at an affordable rate. It has a great location being near many shops, restaurants, and major highways. The hotel itself is set back with a door to the outside, allowing us enjoy our privacy in a quiet setting. The rooms are spacious and clean with a nice size flat screen tv, desk space, and accessible outlets. We appreciate the comfortable bedding with ample towels and toiletries. The cleaning staff are very respectful, helpful, and do a thorough job. The front desk staff, particularly Ramsey and Peter on this visit, do a great job accommodating us and we appreciate their patience when we often need a late check-out.

    I like the location's proximity to major highways, shops, and restaurants and how the hotel is set back with the unit's door directly connected to the outside. The locks should be updated. The room is spacious enough to get work done, relax in front of a nice sized tv, get ready with ample towels and toiletries, and sleep comfortably with adequate linens and pillows. Staff is hospitable, non-intrusive, and display the right amount of presence. The price is right for the experience:-)
