The front desk people were friendly. We had a nice view of a stream and a calming rural area. The beds were not very comfortable to sleep on. The water pressure in the shower was great. It was fairly quiet except for an occasional high-pitched intermittent chirping noise that made it harder to relax to fall asleep at night. It was not present for the entire stay, but when it was audible, it was very frustrating. The kitchenette-type area was cute: there was a fridge, microwave (which sounded like it was going to take off when it was about ready to beep and took a while to heat things), a keurig, coffee, tea, and fixings, and some decent counter space. The room had all the expected amenities (i.e. toiletries, towels, iron, hair dryer, etc.), and everything we used seemed to be in decent functional order. The lobby had a pleasant, welcoming and vibrabt vibe. It was located in an area that felt safe and convenient. It was within a short driving distance of the Total Mortgage Arena where we saw a show that night. There was both a surface lot and covered parking area which had stairs that lead right back to the front of the building. Better signage directing to the overflow parking would have been nice. The free wifi worked well.
